Nuestra Organización No Gubernamental sin fines de lucro, Asociación de Desarrollo Integral Pueblos Hermanos por sus siglas (ADIPH), está comprometida con el bien común de las personas, con el desarrollo integral de las mismas y que estas puedan tener una vida digna dentro de una sociedad, es por eso que nació ADIPH, para ayudar a las personas mas vulnerables en estos temas tanto en el área urbana como en el área rural, de tal forma la Asociación de Desarrollo Integral Pueblos Hermanos por sus siglas (ADIPH), a realizado diferentes proyectos en favor y ayuda de estas personas más desprotegidas y vulnerables en la sociedad, por tal razón estamos comprometidos a seguir buscando diferentes donaciones o subvenciones para fortalecer los diferentes programas con los que actualmente cuenta la organización y hacer posible que estos mismos programas de beneficio a las comunidades llegue a todas estas personas que tanto lo necesitan, a continuación daremos un detalle de los diferentes proyectos de ayuda a la sociedad que ha realizado la Asociación de Desarrollo Integral Pueblos Hermanos por sus siglas (ADIPH).

PROYECTO I /PROJECT I
EXÁMENES PREVENTIVOS A LAS SEXO SERVIDORAS.
PREVENTIVE EXAMS FOR SEX SERVANTS.

Este proyecto consistió en hacer visitas a los prostíbulos que se encontraban en el área de toda la ciudad capital para abordar a las señoritas que trabajan en los mismos, para prestar servicios sexuales a cambio de una retribución económica, y la dinámica era la siguiente: se realizaban equipos de trabajo en el que se reunía un equipo de tres personas en las que se encontraba un médico general, una enfermera y una trabajadora social, las cuales visitaban a las sexo servidoras en los diferentes prostíbulos y las abordaban para realizarles una encuesta que consistía en ver realmente como ha sido su chequeo clínico habitual y averiguar como ella se protegían y prevenían cualquier situación que afectara a su cuerpo por medio de un contagio de alguna enfermedad venérea, VIH-SIDA. Esta encuesta reflejaba realmente como ellas se estaban cuidando y se procedía ha hacerles un chequeo médico preventivo y exámenes de laboratorio, se les daba una inducción para capacitarlas y ellas pudieran ser conscientes del riesgo que corren a la hora de prestar sus servicios y no apliquen los medios preventivos para el cuidado de su salud. Este proyecto se ejecutó únicamente en la ciudad capital.
This project consisted of making visits to the brothels that were in the area of ​​the entire capital city to approach the ladies who work in them, to provide sexual services in exchange for economic compensation, and the dynamics were as follows: they They carried out work teams in which a team of three people met, including a general practitioner, a nurse and a social worker, who visited the sex workers in the different brothels and approached them to carry out a survey consisting of to really see how her usual clinical check-up has been and to find out how she protected herself and prevented any situation that affected her body through the spread of a venereal disease, HIV-AIDS. This survey really reflected how they were taking care of themselves and they proceeded to do a preventive medical check-up and laboratory tests, they were given an induction to train them and they could be aware of the risk they run when providing their services and not apply the preventive measures for health care. This project was executed only in the capital city.
PROYECTO II / PROJECT II
PROYECTOS AGRICOLAS.
AGRICULTURAL PROJECTS.

Aquí se involucran diferentes proyectos en el tema agrícola que se ha proporcionado a nivel nacional capacitación a los agricultores para que puedan tener mejores cosechas y diversidad de productos, para que los cultivos no sean mono cultivos, si no que exista una variedad de diferentes plantaciones y cosechas, los cuales fueron guiados por ingenieros agrónomos especializados en el tema.
se logro hacer estudios socio económicos y por medio de la universidad de Texas A&M y el Ministerio de Agricultura de los Estados Unidos de América USDA, se logró crear plantas procesadoras de vegetales los cuales los agricultores tendrían un centro de acopio donde dejar sus productos, se analizaron diferentes plantas y se les dio una donación de bolsas con atmosfera modificada con tecnología Israelita y estas sirven para darle mayor vida de anaquel a los vegetales y legumbres que se empacaban en los mismos.
Gracias al apoyo de la empresa AGRISELVA S.A. y la empresa SSIMMOC se aportó insumos a los caficultores en el área de Huehuetenango, los cuales eran fertilizantes, abonos y herramientas para poder trabajar sus plantaciones de café.

It was possible to carry out socio-economic studies and through the University of Texas A&M and the Ministry of Agriculture of the United States of America USDA, it was possible to create vegetable processing plants which farmers would have a collection center where they could leave their products, They analyzed different plants and they were given a donation of bags with modified atmosphere with Israeli technology and these serve to give longer shelf life to the vegetables and legumes that were packed in them. Thanks to the support of the company AGRISELVA S.A. and the SSIMMOC company provided inputs to coffee growers in the Huehuetenango area, which were fertilizers, fertilizers and tools to be able to work their coffee plantations.
PROYECTO III /PROJECT III
EDUCACION Y CAPACITACION.

​En tema educativo, se han realizado diferentes capacitaciones en diferentes regiones del área de Sacatepéquez, Chimaltenango, Guatemala, Huehuetenango, capacitaciones en temas de educación a la primera infancia, VIH-SIDA, el manejo adecuado de la basura dentro de los hogares, y temas de capacitación electoral.

PROYECTO IV /PROJECT IV
TREN DE ASEO.
TOILET TRAIN
​Elaboración del proyecto tren de aseo aplicado en el municipio de Parramos del departamento de Chimaltenango, en el cual consistía desde la capacitación de sus habitantes, clasificación de la basura, creación de rutas recolectoras, planta procesadora y clasificación de los diferentes materiales para su reutilización, elaboración de abono natural y la creación de biodigestores.

PROYECTO V /PROJECT V
DONACION DE VIVIENDAS.
HOME DONATION.

Es un proyecto en cual se realizo con FOPAVI y la empresa constructora en el cual consistió en hacer un estudio socio económico a las personas que aplicaban para una vivienda digna, se les hacia el estudio y ya se dictaminaban si eran viables y cumplían los requisitos para optar a una vivienda, en total fueron entregadas mas de 140 viviendas.

ASESORIA LEGAL COMUNITARIA.

​Proyecto en el cual consiste en la asistencia legal en todas las ramas del derecho, a personas de escasos recursos, para darles acompañamiento en los diferentes casos legales, este proyecto si requería de un coste mínimo muy por debajo del mercado ya que este no cuenta con financiamiento ni apoyo de ninguna institución.

PROYECTO VII /PROJECT VII
TU EMPRENDE.

Este consiste en el acompañamiento a emprendedores de la región el cual consistía en darles diferentes capacitaciones en las diferentes áreas para la creación, administración, estructura e impulso de una empresa para que salga a la vida con sus diferentes objetos y productos.

MI COMIDA SEGURA.

​Donación de víveres a nivel nacional en época de la pandemia, se realizo un llamado a empresas nacionales para que conjuntamente con la organización se realizaran donaciones de frijol, arroz vitaminado, azúcar, maíz, mosh, fideos, vegetales, y frutas, que se entregaban en diferentes regiones del país.

PROYECTO X /PROJECT X
MI CANCHA.
MY COURT.
​Creación de escuelas de futbol en donde se involucran niños, jóvenes, adultos, para la formación de los mismos en todo lo referente al futbol y a la par complementarlo con la educación integral, para crear un semillero en este deporte de jóvenes con potencial para el mismo.
